Instructions

To create a serving of the onigiri rice ball mentioned above, prepare 2 pieces of ebi senbei or less (20g), 200g of cooked rice, 10g of tenkasu tempura bits, and an appropriate amount of aonori seaweed flakes and salt. You can replace the salt with mentsuyu (seasoned soy sauce).

Break the crackers into small fragments, put them into a bowl with all the other ingredients, and mix them well.

Take a handful of the mixture and form round or slightly triangular balls.
