While Tsuki no Katsura has created many traditional sake varieties, they have not shied away from those who are not fans of the classic taste. Normally, junmai sake features a rich flavor of rice, but this product also combines a clean aftertaste and is light-bodied thanks to a sake rice called Gohyakumangoku rice.
